Sun, Jan 31 – Athens Regional Park Trail, 3.5 miles, easy, (joint with Cherokee Hiking Club), leader Jane Bohannon. Meet at trailhead in the park at 2PM.

Mar 20 Sat Hiwassee River Cleanup - 9AM, meet at Hiwassee/Ocoee River State Park Office off US411 just north of Hiwassee River Bridge on Spring Creek Road. Bring gloves, work boots and safety glasses.b
April 18 Sun Indian Boundary Loop (3.4 mi) easy - Leaders Bob & Effaleda Lee - joint with Cherokee Hiking Club
Wed, Apr 28 - Nell's Cabin Hike - meet at 8AM at old Walmart parking lot in Madisonville next to Ingles or the Hardee's lot in Tellico Plains at 8:30. We will drive the skyway to Robbinsville, and from there to the trail on the edge of Fontana Lake. Bring a lunch for the hike. Round trip about 4 miles, fairly easy grade. Afterwards, we will go to Rick and Brenda's house to watch the movie, Nell ,and eat popcorn. Go to the blurb on this hike at this link for more information.
